Understanding Your Birthday Reward in the Chicken Salad Chick App

It is my birthday month, but I don't see my birthday reward.

Your birthday is a special occasion, and we want to make sure you enjoy your birthday reward to the fullest.

Here's how it works:

When Will I Receive My Birthday Reward?

   - Your birthday reward will be automatically added to your Chicken Salad Chick app account one week prior to your actual birthday at 10:00pm EST. This reward will be in the “Ready to Redeem” section on your “Rewards” tab.

How Long Is My Birthday Reward Valid?

   - Once your birthday reward is added to your account, it will be valid for 30 days. This means you have a whole month to redeem your special birthday treat. You can locate the expiration date at the bottom of your reward. 

What Should I Do If I Don't See My Birthday Reward?

   - If your birthday has arrived or is within one week, and you still don't see your birthday reward in the app, don't worry. We are here to help! Please feel free to contact our Guest Care team here for assistance. They'll be happy to help ensure you receive your well-deserved birthday treat.

How to Redeem Your Birthday Reward:

   - Once your birthday reward is added to your account, you can easily redeem it by following these steps:

     1. Open the Chicken Salad Chick app.

     2. Navigate to the "Rewards" section.

     3. Locate your birthday reward in the “Ready to Redeem” section.

     4. Tap on the reward to select it.

     5. When you're ready to use it, simply present it to the cashier or apply it during your online order checkout.
