I visited Chicken Salad Chick on a Double Points Day, how do I verify double points were added to my account?

We want to ensure that you receive your Double Points as expected on Double Points Day. The receipt scan success screen shows the base earned points on the purchase.  The Double Points are added in your "view activity" screen. You can view this by selecting "more" then selecting "view activity." 

To verify that your Double Points have been added to your account, please follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Scan Your Receipt

   - On Double Points Day, when you scan your receipt using the Chicken Salad Chick app, the app will calculate and show you the base earned points for your purchase on the "Success" screen. This value represents the single points you've earned from your transaction.

Step 2: Check Your Account Activity

   - To confirm that Double Points have been added to your account, navigate to the "View Activity" screen within the app. Do this by selecting “More” then “View Activity.” This screen provides a detailed breakdown of your recent transactions and points activity.

Step 3: Look for Double Points Transactions

   - In your "View Activity" screen, you will see two separate transactions for Double Points Day. These transactions will typically appear as two entries with the Double Points awarded for your purchase. The second entry will be in addition to the base earned points you saw on the "Success" screen.
