How can I scan my receipt barcode into my Chicken Salad Chick app?

To scan a receipt into your Chicken Salad Chick app, open your app and navigate to the “Scan” tab. Position the receipt’s barcode in the center of the scanner, and your points will be added to your account.

Please see below for detailed steps: 

 

Step 1: Open the Chicken Salad Chick App

  - Unlock your mobile device and locate the Chicken Salad Chick app icon. It's the one with the Chicken Salad Chick logo.

 

Step 2: Navigate to the "Scan" Tab

   - Once you've opened the app, you'll be on the home screen. To scan your receipt, tap on the "Scan" tab. This tab is located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Position the Receipt Barcode

   - With the "Scan" tab selected, your device's camera will activate. Hold your receipt steady and position the receipt's barcode in the center of the scanner area on your screen. Make sure the entire barcode is visible within the scanning frame.

Step 4: Wait for Scanning to Complete

   - Once the app detects and successfully scans the barcode on your receipt, it will automatically process the information. This may take a few seconds. You will receive a success message once this is complete.

Step 5: Points Added to Your Account

   - After the scanning process is complete, your Craving Credits points will be added to your Chicken Salad Chick account.

 

Note:** If you have any trouble scanning your receipt, please select the "I'm having trouble scanning" option underneath the scan feature. This option will navigate you to a screen where you can manually enter your barcode number if it is ever unclear.

And that's it! You've successfully scanned your receipt into the Chicken Salad Chick Craving Credits app, and your points have been added to your account.
