Please follow the steps below to link your catering profile to your app profile so that points are automatically added for each order. 

How to Link Your Chicken Salad Chick App Account to Your Catering Profile

Step 1: Visit the ChickCatering.com Portal

   - Open a web browser and go to the ChickCatering.com portal. This site can also be accessed through the Chicken Salad Chick app by selecting “Order”, then selecting “Catering.”

Step 2: Sign into Your Catering Account and Access "My Account"

   - Once you're on the portal and signed in, locate and click on "My Account." This is where you can manage your catering client profile and loyalty account.

Step 3: Find "My Loyalty Profile"

   - Within the "My Account" section, scroll down until you see "My Loyalty Card." Click on "My Loyalty Card" to access the loyalty account management options.

Step 4: Choose "Lookup App Account"

   - In the "My Loyalty Card" section, you'll find the option to "Lookup Loyalty Profile." 

Step 5: Enter Phone Number or Email Address

   - To link your Chicken Salad Chick app account, you'll need to provide the phone number or email address associated with your app account. Enter this information carefully.

Step 6: Click "Submit" and "Link Account"

   - After entering the required information, click "Submit." The portal will search for your Chicken Salad Chick app account. If a match is found, you should see an option to "Link Account." Please verify the information and click on "Link Account" to complete the process.

Step 7: Confirmation

   - Once you've successfully linked your Chicken Salad Chick app account to your catering profile, you should receive a confirmation message at the top of your screen. Your loyalty account will now be associated with your catering orders.

Note: Please be aware that our catering orders take up to 3 business days to process and appear on our Craving Credits platform for points to be added automatically.

With your Craving Credits account linked to your catering client profile, you can earn points for catering orders and enjoy the benefits of the Chicken Salad Chick rewards program.
