I had points, but now I don’t see them. Where did they go?

If you previously had points with the Chicken Salad app, but are not seeing them, there's a possibility that you accidentally created a new account or there might be an issue with your account details. We are here to help! 

Please see below for detailed steps: 


Step 1: Check for Multiple Accounts

   - Sometimes, points appear to be missing because they are associated with a different account. First, ensure that you haven't unintentionally created a new account.

Step 2: Access Your Account Settings

   - Open the Chicken Salad Chick app on your mobile device. You should be on the app's home screen.


Step 3: Access the "More" Option

   - To access your account details, tap on the "More" option located at the bottom right corner of the screen. It's represented by three dots.

Step 4: Verify Your Email Address within “Edit Profile”

   - Within the "More" section, select "Edit Profile." Here, you can view the details associated with your account. Pay special attention to the email address associated with your Craving Credits account. The email address you see here is the account you are currently logged into. 

Step 5: Submit a Support Ticket

   - If you find that the email address listed is different from the one you previously used for your Chicken Salad Chick app account, this might explain the disappearance of your points. To consolidate your points onto one account, please submit a ticket to our Guest Care Team.


Note: When submitting a ticket, be sure to explain the situation and provide any relevant details, such as the email address associated with your missing points and the one you used previously. Our Guest Care Team will assist you in merging your accounts and restoring your missing points.
