I am receiving an error message when trying to reset the password for my Chicken Salad Chick app.

If you encounter the below error message while attempting to reset your password, it indicates that your account was originally created using social login through Facebook, Google, or Apple. In this case, you will need to use the same social login method each time you log in. 

Please see below for detailed steps: 

Step 1: Return to the log-In Page

   - When you receive the error message during the "forgot password" process, follow the instructions and return to the log-in page.

Step 2: Log In with Facebook, Google, or Apple

   - On the log-in page, you should see options to log in using Facebook, Google, or Apple. Select the social login method (Facebook, Google, or Apple) that you used when you originally created your account.

Step 3: Access Your Account

   - After selecting your preferred social login method, follow the prompts to log in. You should be able to access your Chicken Salad Chick app account as usual.

Note: When you created your account using social login, your login credentials are tied to either your Facebook, Google, or Apple account. Therefore, you will need to use that same social login method to access your Chicken Salad Chick app account each time you log in.

When submitting your email to the "forgot password" feature, receiving the error message mentioned above is an indicator that your account was originally created using social login through Facebook or Google. As such, the social login method must be used to log in each time.
