Can I redeem a reward while ordering online?

Redeeming a reward while ordering online through the Chicken Salad Chick website or mobile app is a breeze. Please follow the step-by-step guide to help you enjoy your rewards during your online order. 

Please note, rewards cannot be redeemed on third-party delivery websites. 

Step 1: Purchase or Add a Reward

   - Before you start your online order, you'll need to acquire a reward. You can do this by either purchasing a reward from the Rewards Store within the app or by entering an eligible Promo Code. These actions will add a reward to your "Ready to Redeem" list in your Rewards Wallet.

Step 2: Begin Your Online Order

   - Open the Chicken Salad Chick app and select the "Order" tab to start placing your online order or visit order.chickensaladchick.com to order online. 

Step 3: Add Item(s) to Cart

   - Once you have started your order, you’ll need to add the item to your cart that you would like to use your corresponding reward for. This will ensure the reward is able to apply to an item in your existing cart. 

For example, if you are attempting to redeem a reward for a Free Large Quick Chick, you will need a Large Quick Chick in your cart. 

Step 4: Select "Rewards Available"

   - While building your online order, you'll have the option to apply your available reward to an existing item in your cart. Look for the "Rewards Available" button near the top of your screen and tap on it.

Step 5: Choose the Reward to Apply

   - After selecting "Rewards Available," you'll see a list of the rewards you can apply to your current order. Choose the reward you'd like to redeem by selecting “Apply Reward”.

Step 6: Complete Your Order

   - Once you've selected a reward, it will be applied to your order, and any relevant discounts or benefits will be reflected in your total. Continue with the order process by adding items to your cart, selecting pick-up or delivery options, and providing payment information.

Step 7: Review and Confirm

   - Before finalizing your order, review it to ensure that your selected reward has been applied correctly and that you're satisfied with your choices. If everything looks good, confirm your order.

Step 8: Enjoy Your Meal

   - Your delicious Chicken Salad Chick meal, complete with your redeemed reward, will be on its way for delivery or ready for pick-up, depending on your selected preferences.
