How do I verify that a receipt has been added to my account?

We want to ensure that you have a seamless experience tracking your rewards. To verify whether a receipt has been added to your account, follow these simple steps:

 

**Step 1: Open the Chicken Salad Chick App**

   - Unlock your mobile device and locate the Chicken Salad Chick app icon. It's the one with the Chicken Salad Chick logo.

**Step 2: Access Your Account History**

   - Once you've opened the app, you'll typically find yourself on the home screen. Please verify you are logged into your account before proceeding. To check your account activity, tap on the "Profile" option at the bottom right corner of the screen.

**Step 3: Select "Reward History"**

   - Within the "Profile" section, look for the "Reward History" option and tap on it. This will take you to a screen where you can review your recent account activity.


 


**Step 4: Review Your Activity**

   - On the "Reward History" screen, you'll see a list of your recent activity. Scroll through this list to locate the point addition you’d like to verify. Account activity is typically listed by date, making it easy to find the one you're looking for.
