Q: How do I log into my account on the NEW Chicken Salad Chick app?

A: After your app has finished updating, you must create a new account with our new app. To ensure that any existing points and rewards transfer to the new account, you must log in with the same email address that was used with our previous app.

Q: I didn’t receive the text verification. What should I do?

A:  Contact our Guest Care Team here.

 

Q: How do I earn points in the new Chicken Salad Chick app?

A: Present your QR code at the register to ensure points are automatically added to your account. To locate your QR code, open your app and navigate to the “Scan” tab.

Q: I forgot to scan my QR code at the register. How do I scan my receipt?

A: Our team is aware of the issue with barcode scanning and are actively working on a solution.

Q: I had points, but now I’m not seeing them. Where’d they go?

A: You may have created a new account on accident. Select “Profile” at the bottom right of the screen, then “Personal Info” and check the phone number and email address associated with your account.

Q: It is my birthday month, but I don't see my birthday reward.

A: Your birthday reward will be available for one-time use during your birthday month. If you do not see your birthday reward, please verify that your birthday is added by selecting “Profile” then “Personal Info.”

Q: How do I edit my profile?

A: Select “Profile” at the bottom right of the screen, then “Personal Info.”

Q: How can I reset my password?

A: If you are unable to remember your password to login successfully, you have the option to reset your password. Select “Forgot Password?” at the bottom of your “Sign In” screen. A reset link will be sent to the email associated with your Chicken Salad Chick app account.

 

Q: Have I added the points from my receipt to my rewards balance?

A: Verify that your receipt has been added by selecting “Profile” then “Account History.”

Q: My receipt doesn’t have a barcode.

A: This means the points from this receipt were automatically added to your account when you made your purchase. You can verify that your receipt has been added by selecting “Profile” then “Account History.”

Q: What do I do if my receipt will not scan?

A: Please select the option to “Enter Barcode Number”. This will allow you to manually enter the barcode number on your receipt.

 

Q: Do receipts expire?

A: Yes. Receipts expire after 1 week, so be sure to scan your receipts within 7 days.

Q: How do I purchase a reward?

A: Simply visit the “Rewards” tab and select “Redeem Your Points.”  You’ll see the rewards eligible for purchase here.

Q: Do rewards expire?

A: Yes. Expiration dates vary, so check for them by selecting the “Rewards” tab and viewing the time remaining under “Your Offers” .

 

Q: I have more than one reward in my “Your Offers” list. Can I use them all at once?

A: No. You can only use one per purchase. Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

 

Q: I accidentally purchased a reward in the rewards store that I didn’t want.

Q: How do I redeem a reward while ordering online?

A: Before you begin your online order, you’ll need to purchase a reward from the Rewards Store or enter an eligible Promo Code, which will add a reward to “Your Offers” list. Once the reward is added to “Your Offers”, select the “Order” tab in the app to begin your online order. Upon checking out, you will see a “Choose Your Reward” section that will load any rewards available in “Your Offers.”

Q: Are online orders automatically added to my Chicken Salad Chick points balance?

A: Yes. Be sure to check out using your Chicken Salad Chick account. If you check out as a “Guest” points will not be automatically added to your account. 

 

Q: How do I cancel or modify an order that I placed online?

A: Please reach out to your local Chicken Salad Chick to cancel or modify an order.

Q: Can I earn points on catering orders?

A: Yes.

 

Q: How can I complete the survey from the bottom of my receipt? 

A: Please visit our survey site here and use the survey code listed at the bottom of your receipt.
