- Open the Chicken Salad Chick app and select the "Order" tab or “Start an Order” to start placing your online order. Please verify that you are logged into your account before continuing.

For example, if you are attempting to redeem a reward for a Free Large Quick Chick, you will need a Large Quick Chick in your cart.
**Step 4: Navigate to the “Checkout” Screen**
- After you have completed adding all desired items to your cart, navigate to the “Checkout” screen. You can do this by selecting “Your Cart” that is displayed by a shopping bag. Before continuing, please verify the items in “Your Cart.” Then select “Continue to Checkout”.
**Step 5: Choose the Reward to Apply**
- On your “Checkout” screen, you will see a “Choose your Reward” section. This section will contain the rewards that are in “Your Offers.” Select the reward you would like to apply by clicking “Add to Order +”. Once a reward has been successfully applied to your cart, you will receive a success message that says, “Applied to current order.”
**Step 6: Complete Your Order**
- Once you've selected a reward, it will be applied to your order, and any relevant discounts or benefits will be reflected in your total. Continue with the checkout process by providing payment information.
**Step 7: Review and Confirm**
- Before finalizing your order, review it to ensure that your selected reward has been applied correctly and that you're satisfied with your choices. If everything looks good, confirm your order.
