How to Redeem a Reward In-Store

Redeeming a reward in a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant is a breeze. Simply purchase a reward from our Reward Store, then scan your QR code at the register.

Please see below for a step-by-step guide on redeeming a reward at Chicken Salad Chick. 

**Step 1: Purchase or Add a Reward to “Your Offers”**

   - Before you place your order, you'll need to acquire a reward. You can do this by either purchasing a reward from the Rewards Store within the app or by entering an eligible Promo Code. These actions will add a reward to "Your Offers" list in the “Rewards” section of your app.

**Step 2: Locate Your QR Code**

   - Open the Chicken Salad Chick app and select “Scan”. This will display your personalized QR code.

**Step 3: Scan Your QR Code at the Register**

   - Once you've located your QR code, simply scan this QR code at the register. This will allow our cashier to locate “Your Offers” and redeem the reward you have selected.  

NOTE: Scanning your QR code also ensures that you receive points automatically for each purchase. 

**Step 4: Enjoy Your Meal**

   - Your delicious Chicken Salad Chick meal, complete with your redeemed reward, will be on its way!
