How to claim your receipt for points in the Chicken Salad Chick App

To claim your receipt for points into your Chicken Salad Chick app, open your app and navigate to the “Rewards” tab and select “Forgot to scan?”. Enter the information requested from your receipt, and your points will be added to your account.

Please see below for detailed steps: 

**Step 1: Open the Chicken Salad Chick App**

   - Unlock your mobile device and locate the Chicken Salad Chick app icon. It's the one with the Chicken Salad Chick logo.

**Step 2: Navigate to the "Rewards" Tab**

   - Once you've opened the app, you'll be on the home screen. Please ensure you are logged into your account before proceeding. To scan your receipt, tap on the "Rewards" tab. This tab is located at the bottom of the screen.

**Step 3: Select the "Forgot to scan?" Option**

   - Once you've navigated to the “Rewards” section, scroll to the bottom and select “Forgot to scan?”. Selecting this will give you the option to enter your receipt details to earn points.

**Step 4: Enter Your Receipt Details**

   - Once you select “Submit Your Receipt” you will be prompted to enter the store number, ticket number, and date of purchase. Please see the sample receipt below. This sample can also be found by selecting “See sample receipt". 

For this receipt, the store number is 0001. The ticket number is 964700015. The date is 09/24/2024.

**Step 5: Points Added to Your Account**

   - After you have submitted the information on your receipt, you will receive a confirmation screen.
