The Chicken Salad Chick App is getting an UPGRADE!
On September 24, all users will need to update the app to continue earning and redeeming points.
To access our upgraded platform, all users are required to create a new account.
To ensure all existing points and rewards transfer to new app, you MUST create your new account using the same email address previously used with our app.
Please see below for detailed steps:
**Step 1: Update your Chicken Salad Chick app**
- Many devices are set up to update apps automatically. If you need to manually start this update, navigate to your App Store or Google Play store and search “Chicken Salad Chick.” Once your app has been successfully updated, you will see our new app logo reflected.
**Step 2: Sign Up for a New Account**
- Once you've opened the app, you'll be on the home screen. Select “Sign Up” to create a new account.
Please note: All users are required to create a new account, even if you have previously used our app. Don’t worry! You won’t use your points or rewards.
To ensure all existing points and rewards transfer to new app, you MUST create your new account using the same email address previously used with our app.
**Step 3: Verify Your Phone Number via Text**
- Once you’ve created your new account, you will receive a text message from Chicken Salad Chick asking you to verify your account. Your account must be verified to be activated. You will have the option to click a link to verify or reply “JOIN” to verify.

**Step 4: Login to Your Account and Earn Points**
- Once you have signed up, you are ready to “Sign In” to your new account, earn points, and redeem rewards!
